CEL Studio 

CEL Studio is a UK based Black and woman led creative studio. Through the use of speculative fiction, digital arts and music, CEL explores new modes of preserving, platforming and archiving Black arts.

With extensive underground music culture, world-building and multidisciplinary art experience in the past year they bought two urgent projects to the art scene in Europe. A audience facing residency with LAS Foundation in Berlin sharing the exhibition space with Christelle Oyiri's exhibition Dead God Flow and FACT Liverpools 3 month residency merging speculative fiction story telling, technological development and live performance. 

 

At the core of CELs work the team invites artists and collaborators from different disciplines to contribute to the project and further its development. To date CEL Studio has worked with Black artists globally across music, dance, vocal harmony and theatre.
